Returns & Refund Policy

At UNSHAKEN, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Returned with any original tags attached

  • In its original packaging where possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@unshaken.com.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@unshaken.com. Where possible, please include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (where clearly marked as non-returnable)

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or product, the quickest option is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.

This helps ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from our 30-day returns policy and does not affect your legal consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@unshaken.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
