Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During busy periods, such as new collection launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
If you haven't received your tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@unshaken.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your purchase may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.
These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
UNSHAKEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays can occur that are outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@unshaken.com, and we'll be happy to assist.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where possible, include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
