At UNSHAKEN, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with any original tags and packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please email hello@unshaken.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • Your reason for returning the item (optional)

We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, please let us know when you contact us.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we'll offer you a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match their description:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance products (where clearly marked)

Processing Your Return

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.

If your return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
