Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition

Returned with any original tags and packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@unshaken.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once your return has been approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Where possible, please include photographs of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
